Ecstatic Dance on Monday night is a place for dance and movement meditation with a rich, musical tapestry spun by DJ Daniel Mollner (with occasional guest artists)!
The dance space is sacred. It is a safe and welcoming container for you to move in the way that feels right for you. Dance however you wish. We support each individual’s range of expression while respecting our impact on each other and the space.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring plenty of water!
